White desktop icons?

Any idea why some of my steam game icons are white?

I have right clicked on games in steam library to save to desktop again but they replace exactly the same?

I had issues with icons in the quick launch in the toolbar and this fixed it

Old Windows issue never really fixed.

Go here https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/ and grab "Rebuild_Icon_Cache.bat"
