White noise in new studio monitors and random popping

I bought some brand new Adam T7V speakers. I have them connected into a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Gen 2. I connect them using 2 X XLR going from the speakers to 2 X 1/4 going into the interface

My ASIO settings are 48KHz sample rate and 256 buffer size

Sometimes, I'll randomly get a popping noise coming out of the monitors (not sure if it's just one or both) but the popping noise lasts about a second and then I won't hear it for an hour or so. Also, I have a consistent quiet white noise always coming out of the monitors near the tweeter area, is this normal

If anyone can offer suggestions that would be great

The white noise should be very light, and only audible if you put your ear right next to the tweeter, but it is normal. The more sensitive the speaker, the more hiss there will be. The popping isn't normal, it's electrical interference from somewhere such as a mobile phone.

But surely he tried a higher buffer to solve the issue as a matter of course?

What should my buffer size be

The software defaults at 256, I think I tried it at 512 but I was still getting the popping
