White pixel

I have a tiny white pixel to the right of my screen, does that mean it's dead or stuck? :S Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. The monitor i purchased from OCUK, it is the

LG Flatron W2261V-PF 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor

I just inspected it closer, and it's actually green, not white :S
