White problem with PDF

Hi,

I have a Crystal Report that has an embedded image (.TIFF) logo that has a white background but when I export to PDF, the white has a blue tint. This is exaggerated further when by the colour printer so looks naff.

In Photoshop, I've checked the white and it's showing as 255, 255, 255.

Any ideas what's going on.

Thanks

I'm guessing it's either an RGB-CMYK conversion issue or embedded colour profile mismatch/mishandling.

Convert the TIFF to CMYK, ensure that its white is still white [ie 0,0,0,0 CMYK], save as a lossless CMYK TIFF [lzw compression or no compression - anything but jpg], and re-embed. Does that fix it?
