WHMCS or Modernbill?

Just wondered what peoples experience of WHMCS was?.

My hosting package uses Modernbill, or at least it used to do so - they are in the process of switching everyone over to WHMCS just now and I don't really know what to expect.

Likes, gripes?.

I see there is a demo available on the WHMCS site, will pop along and have a play around with that.

We use WHMCS, it still has some niggles but is the best solution out there right now for most. We're in the process of writing our own billing system that will replace WHMCS at some point though.

Just checked and its all up and running on my hosting package now.

Certainly seems a lot easier on the eye and less cluttered, although it kinda appears that there is less info available to you about previous invoices etc, compared to how much there was on Modernbill.

Or maybe I'm just imagining that!!!.

Couple of things missing, I guess since its only just gone up that the guys at the host are fine tuning it.

I notice all my domains have automatically went to "Auto Renew" though, by default I assume?.
