Who can I ask to mod my side window?

Hello guys,

I have an Antec 1200 and I am due to start on my very first watercooling on this machine (spec in sig).

The other thing I want to do is mod the side panel of the case...I want to get (if possible) the Superman logo put on it (being the avid fan of the Big Blue Boy Scout that I am).

Now obvioulsy, I am no carpenter or electrician or modder of any sort. So I was wondering if anyone can tell me the best place(s) to go to where I can get said side panel modded to such specification? And of course what kind of cost should I be looking at?

Thank you all in kindness :D

The easiest would be to have someone laser cut the logo in perspex then find someone to cut the door to fit, or if you you want you can have the laser cut piece match existing window shape(s).

You can buy the S logo badges somewhere. You may beable to get someone to flush one in somewhere.

It really isn't the kind of thing you commission as a whole, and will take some planning on your part. As to who does it, I don't know. If you have a keen interest in doing more things like this then I'd haver a go yourself, maybe get a spare side panel from Antec if you're unsure.

I certainly think it wouldn't be a cheap venture getting someone else to do it, unless you have family member with tool and knowhoe to help do it yourself.
I'm always a fan of personal development. I have an artistic flait and recently undertook the task of spraying up some car bits for a friend. They're turning out great compared to his attemp and I've never done it before. Feels rewarding too.

Yeah I know what you mean...it is much better doing it on your own and does feel like you have achieved something too...

I know its not going to happen overnight and will take some serious planning and researching to do...I have the space to do these things...but its just getting the parts and making them I guess lol... :D

A metalworking shop with a CNC machine will sort it out easy - yellow pages - but they may get funny about copyright (or not) £20-30

Cutting panels in complex designs without metalwork kit is a pain in the neck.

Thats said I've done it - felt the pain - and pleased I did it (but never again)
