Who do i contact to get mac number from BT?

I was originally with BT in 98 when it was btopenworld?

Ive looked on there site and cant see who i email/ring to get a mac number so i can change isp's?

the MAC Address is your hardwares unique address,
not BTs, its part of you modem/network

Nope, this is the MAC code, which you use to migrate from one ADSL provider to another. Stands for Migration Authorisation Code.

Probably best to try phoning BT

Ring Customer Support and ask them for the MAC code

Look on your ISP's website for the number.

Pah customer support......sit on hold for ages and pay for the call!!!
I just wondered if there was a line that went straight through....
Or even better a email as its free
