Who do i report a defaced crossing too?

I was in blackpool last night (don't recommend it)

There us a street with rainbows on the crossings. It's something to do with a with the gay community.

The only problem is its actually difficult to see the crossings at night. The headlines write themselves cross dresser mowed down at crossing etc.

Part of the reason we can all drive with barely any training is the uniformity and standards of road markings and signage. I feel this is dangerous and will only lead to accidents

Write to the local council, they maintain the roads.
