Who do you use for email?

Main personal = hotmail
Old one with too many old account attached to it = btinternet (handled by yahoo I think now)
Business = self domain

Gmail and my ISP one (virgin media). Both accounts are used pretty evenly.

Only ever get my mail through Thunderbird that runs hidden away by the clock.

Gmail, I have a couple of different email adresses, the older Googlemail one seems to pick up a lot more spam than the other one.

Gmail although I own a few domains so I use my own address and forward to Gmail to do the filtering etc. that way I can change it quickly to another provider of Gmail is wonky

NHS Mail for current employer/work

I liked the original NHS.net mail but I don't like version 2. The GUI is flat without borders / edges which I find extremely difficult on the eye even with my large fonts.

Have your Trust migrated to Windows 7 yet? If so, then NHS.net is obsolete anyway as far as patient-identifiable data is concerned. Sending PID from an internal address to another internal address within the same Trust is secure inside of Outlook for Windows 7 users. Or at least that's how IT has set up our systems where I am.

Yeah using outlook on Windows 7 for a while now. I abandoned my NHS.net email a while ago and been using my local trust one for a little while. Never really got on with NHS.net but I know a few of my older colleagues stand by it. Probably for the reason PID I wouldn't want to consolidate my personal and work emails...and I'm sure it'd be frowned on anyway.
