Police arrest two kids. One was drinking battery acid, the other was eating fireworks. They charged one and let the other one off. who did they charge and why?

It means someone has answered the thread, or put it down to whatever, and in their opinion there is little else to be said or offered.

Probably charged neither, but referred both for psychiatric review under the mental health act. Both activities are quite dangerous, but not illegal.
