I know this will be deleted in the morning, but for now it might keep me entertained.

So why you up, have you just got up, or haven't you slept yet? What are you doing?
 
I'm on a stimulant (legal don't worry) which is why I am awake. I have done a fair amount of useful uni work though. My lectures start at 9 so no point in sleeping now really!
 
i find that you can fix a sleep pattern by being up all night, then not going to bed until you would normally, then you will instantly sleep and just make sure you wake up at a normal time too. Then your sleep pattern is normal again.
 
@ Work.... been up since 2am because the next door neighbour decided to play cheesy indy pop at full blast and start signing. what a _ _ _ _.

I tried to get back to sleep but decided to get up at 4 and come in to work. Needless to say when I did get out of bed I put my stereo on full blast playing some techno, stamping around and slaming doors.
 
I'm up as I normally get up at 5:25. I normally leave for work at ~06:20 so that I'll get into work at ~07:00 ...

I was considering working from home today (which would have allowed me two hours longer in bed) but I couldn't really justify it :(

That's what I just tried...except I didn't get tired at all when it came to normal sleeping time, so it ended up with me staying up all night again!
 
I'm trying to 'reset' my sleeping patern. Recently I've been going to sleep later and later untill eventully I don't get to sleep until around 6am which also means I don't wake up untill much later too.
 
Still up, trying to get an essay done. You'd think I'd have worked out a way of coping with deadlines better by now. Anyway, it's never going to get finished, so I might give up and go sleep for a bit soon.

Get it over the counter in boots, pop 2 and you'll be asleep in half an hour.
