Leicester have a relatively easy run-in. If they can get a decent result at West Brom next week I wouldn't be surprised to see them go on a little run of form and stay up.

I can't believe no one is saying Newcastle. 7 defeats in a row, games with teams below us coming up with no sign of looking like we are capable of drawing a game never mind winning one.

When this thread was started Newcastle were mid table. One person DID predict Newcastle at that time ..... a fan !!

Yes you did, and I thought it was funny. There is one team that drops down the table in to the relegation places at the end of the season, I didn't see that being Newcastle. Neither did the bookies it seems.

I bet we weren't far being until our Barcelona like perfomance against Burnley.

I would have loved Burnley to stay up, I like they way they try and play, haven't gone making silly signings and Dyche is an underrated manager.

Maybe if Newcastle drop Ashley will go.

Between Hull and Newcastle. If Newcastle don't beat QPR next week, then we deserve to go down.

West Ham have done nothing the last few weeks. beating Sunderland 1-0 and 10 man Burnkey 1-0 with a penalty. If Newcastle don't get a point against West Ham they DO deserve to go down.

If they end up with more points than Hull the table says they do

I'm sure West Ham went on a silly run when they had Tevez and Mascherano.

We weren't bottom at Christmas, and Mascherano had long gone after playing about 20 mins all season as he was kept out of the team by the legend that is Hayden Mullins.

On Christmas Day West Ham were 4th with 31 points, Leicester were bottom with 10. Both teams had played 17 games

18 games later ... West Ham 11th on 47 points, Leicester 14th on 38. Puts into perspective different halves of seasons. Brilliant from Leicester.
