Who is good with fault codes?

I got a 09 1.4 TDCI Ford Fusion with 10 fault codes. I cleared the codes and these came straight back.

B1001
Headlamp Leveling Relay Coil Short to Battery

B1002
Headlamp Leveling Relay Coil Failure

B1003
Mode Door Circuit Failure

B1004
Glow Plug Short to Battery or Transistor failure

B1005
Fuel Pump Short to Battery or Transistor Failure

B1006
Low Fuel Level to Start Heater

B1007
Coolant Pump Short to Battery or Transistor Failure

B1008
Blower Fan Short to Battery or Transistor Failure

B1009
Heat Switch Short to Ground

B100A
Smart Unlock Plausibility Fault

The only problems I have noticed is when idle the revs sometimes drop from the normal 900rpm down to 800 then back up repeatedly, I have to rev the engine to get it to stop and about 2-3 times a week it will not start after turning over a couple of times in the morning, It takes a little extra to get it to fire.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? I tried searching for answers online but could only find what the errors mean and not what causes them.

My guess would be a duff battery causing Phantom codes. Have you checked your battery?

I checked the battery it was low so I topped it up, if it is still the same I will try a new one on it sometime next week.

Battery/alternator but it might also be a bad earth somewhere

This^ a duff battery throws up all sorts of random codes, it really can be a minefield.
