Hi, this may sound like a stupid question but none the less its making my head hurt.
We have a broadband line for a welfare facility at work which is provided by an outside company, the connection has failed and the router is locked down with some random password.
If i ring 150 the phone tells me its not allowed to call from this phone.
I have spoken to BT and they have said the line is not with them and they cannot tell me who it is with.
I've been asked to get it up and running again as the outside company dont like to answer phones but i dont know where else to turn for info as the link is already down i cannot get onto speedtest or the like to identify the ISP.
