Who is Open + Direct Retail Services?

Hi,

Got a random direct debit on my account which I have canceled however I recieved a cancelation letter this morning stating that they will be charging me £30 for a closure fee. Does anybody know who this company is? Already called the bank and stopped the debit however I have a feeling that somebody has my personel details and is using them! How can I proceed with getting this sorted out? Not too sure you see! :mad:

No nothing, dont do finance.

Someone could have got your account details and address then, might be worth asking the bank to keep an eye on your account or close it and open a new one.

I have the bank keeping an eye on the account. If it proceeds I will close it and open a new one. Oh my oh my, more hassle.
