Who is running the fastest DDR2 ?

Anyone clocking DDR2 past 600MHz (DDR2-1200) or higher?

I'm looking to pick up a 4GB set but wouldn't mind seeing what you nutters are running!

got mine at 1250 mhz before, and the ram itself was stable, but the fsb speed needed wasnt stable at all so i could never keep it =( confortably hits 1100 though, its the ocz reaper 6400 stuff
