Who leaks drivers ?

Was just reading on a website about leaked drivers and got me thinking, who does this "leaking" ?

I'm an ATi Driver Beta tester (Currently using 9.1's) and believe it or not a lot of leaks can happen internally at the OEM's themselves.

Don't think you'll see the 9.1s any time soon as the person who leaked the drivers before (8.11,8.12 etc) got found and got *downsized*

Does the NDA allow you to say when the NDA lifts?

If so, please tell us, so that we can find out how good the driver is ASAP.

The NDA is about 4 pages long, they're pretty serious about drivers at ATi. NDA lifts when I don't wish to be part of the program anymore.

Well I got the beta last Friday. They'll obviously be out this month but even the beta testers don't get to know when a package has gone final until the very last minute.
