Who makes good laptop memory?

I'm looking for 2x1Gb DDR400 200pin SODIMM to upgrade my Fujitsu Siemens Amilo A1667G.

Basically I'm about to order crucial branded stuff however I'm just wondering if theres better memory out there? It's cas3 as well, can you get any quicker than that?
 
You cannot beat Crucial. I get it for all sorts of Dell equipment, for example.
My account manager at Dell says they use mainly Crucial memory too which speaks volumes for it in my opinion.
