As above really.
I have just logged into my wireless router and have clicked into my home network settings. All is ok - I can see the four machines that are paying for the internet connected up nice and spanky. The router itself is also listed there.
However there is one more item present, it's name is "Unknown", the I.P. address is very different to the other four machines and router, and the type is also "Unknown" as well."
Does anybody have any idea what it could be? Is there a way I can find out? There is one lad in the house who has a wireless abled laptop, but he's not paying for it and thus is not allowed on our network.
I have an option to delete and edit all options. When I press edit on the unknown connection the same info as before appears.
