Who remembers the classic "alien Breed"

It was a top down shooter based on the aliens films.
Was out for the amiga if i remember correctly.

Well its been remade for the PC check this out.

Used to love this game on the amiga, will have to wait till i get home from work though,

Great stuff, will give this a go tonight.

Does anyone remember the name of the UT mod that was really similar to alien breed? You could pick what weapons/tools/ammo your character carried and could deploy sentry guns.

The UT2004 mod Alien Swarm is very similar to Alien Breed.

Theres a retail version of Alien Swarm being made for Source.

LOL, they appear to have upped the tempo a bit on the intro music. Either that or my pc was having a fit.

I still play the series on my Amiga when the mood takes me. Tower Assault probably on balance is the best version, but i've got something for the originals music when it isnt played off tempo like in the remake

Quality, the music certainly brings back memories. Going to give it a blast now. Guess the keys are just up, down, left, right and space or are there any more?

Oh didnt realise there was no interractive stuff

Obviously not finished, but it does look good. Hopfully they may get around to it at some point. You can do some trippy stuff

with the backgrounds. 1 to 9 keys i think.

I managed to get 238 fps on my laptop with a celeron 1.4 and integrated graphics...

I wonder what you guys with x1900's will get????
