Hi,

I had an issue with a brand new Microsoft "Habu" mouse. Its a nice mouse to use but has a problem with firmware, which being a Microsoft product, I thought I would phone them for "Support". After about 74 mins on the phone, the Indian gentleman could not resolve my issue, I could not update the mouse firm ware, thus unlocking further features of the mouse and also the programming software. I had downloaded the latest version from Razer but the firmware update software, firmly would not update! I tried it on Vista, XP (home and pro) all to no avail.

I did a little tinkering after the call and found that if I installed the "Diamondback" software and used its update to update the firmware via the firmware file,it worked.

So I spent well over an hour and £7 on a useless phone call. To top this off, I sent a full detailed solution to the op, who did not even bother to reply. I also sent it to his supervisor, again not reply. This was about 6 weeks ago.

I want to rant to someone! So does anyone know a good email address to send my rant to Microsoft?

Cheers
H

Not too bad as its a £60 game. Shame its rubbish and boring.

God, how ignorant of them.

They should have sat down a team and designed a game around what you wanted. And also made you the main character.

Corporations have no heart. And if they do have one, it's black. (not racist lolz)

Halo 2 would do! Since pluggin in my game pad, I can now fly, using the keyboard was rubbish with FSX, so I am a lot happier! Anyway £60 for a £7 phone call cant be bad. I am praising them for a change!
