So my understanding is if someone wants to make changes to their account, including changing username etc, you contact mods. But I haven't been able to get a response, from the ones I've contacted. Who do I get in contact , to assist me with my account please?

It should be in the FAQs but, briefly, this is what you need to do:
1. Start a new thread called '[SECRET] name change'
(the SECRET bit keeps the thread private- the other bit means the thread goes to the correct processing)
2. Post the details of the name you want, why you need a name change, together with a recent photo of yourself, and a note of your favourite hobby
3. await the Moderators to check the details and update your account.

Thanks sorry for sounding dumb, but can't find this forum?If you post in the forum content discussion, I or one of the other admins can do name changes etc(it might not happen for an hour or two as I've got to sort some stuff out)
