Ive been looking & watching a lot and ive noticed a few things,

theres people of team 10 who i cant find on the forum using there folding names. they all seem to have high amount of points and also a lot stopped folding a few months back , one name that stuck out from reading previous news updates was BaBa , is that biffas other name as his ppd was insane but no longer outputs anything?

EDIT - another is toxictbag , after looking at the folding picture thread i forgot about him aswell

seems more leave than are joining , i need to win some money to buy hardware!!!!!!!

Some people crunch but don't post.

BaBa ran into some job difficulties so had to call a hiatus.

ToxicTeabag is around he is mainly a Seti/Boinc kinda guy and has a hardware fetish which means he's unable to decide what hardware to run for long enough to gain much of a head of steam on the points :D Although once he does get a full head of steam for a few months there is no stopping him in terms of output and enthusiasm.

My folding username is phil21191. Its one I've used for years for most things, I attempted to have my forum name changed and as you can see I was left at the mercy of the moderating team.
 
Its just one of those things, life gets the better of us :p Some of the team just have a change of circumstances, change hardware, reassess £ sunk into electricity bills, others loose interest etc.

I for one did most of my crunching whilst at university with free electricity for 4 years. For a few weeks in 2010 I had 4x six-core xeons plus my gaming rig flat out in my room (i was setting them up for a research team).
I have since sold my rig and I only have a netbook at the moment, I imagine I'd notice the £ in electric too.

I may get back into it next year, we will see. I still keep tabs on the developments, mostly when bored at work!
