Who was it who had the macro setup with Canon 100mm, hood, flash + bracket

There was a thread on here a while back with someone who had a really good macro setup. From what I remember it was a macro 100mm with a hood, and then a flash on a bracket directed so that it lit the subject directly in front of the hood from above. I've tried to search but thrown up nothing - Any ideas?
 
I thought that sounded familar when i read the title :) I was using that setup today again actually, got some cool shots of ants carrying stuff!
 
The flash is the sigma EF500 DG super. It's a good alternative to the canon range of flashes. Very powerful + more features then you'll ever attempt to use so i doubt theres much chance of outgrowing it...
