A retail CPU so you get a 3year warranty and a shiny box.

Drop the Bigfoot NIC as I have seen reviews and it doesnt do anything to justify its costs.

The RAM, all the RAM guides (Xbitlabs, Anandtech, Bit-tech) for sandybridge say 1600Mhz is all you need.

can get 16gb 1600mhz ram cheaper than the 8gb you've chosen

spending 2k and not getting a u2711 or the u2410?
