ok dont laugh.
I just noticed after 10 years they spelt my road wrong on my "paper" drivers licence.
I need 2 things to happen.
1. the correct spelling of my road.
2. updated to a photo card licence.
Looking at the DVLA website i am led to beleive i need form ( D1 ) see bellow:

Is this the correct form to order for my 2 needs pointed out above?
what forms of I.D will i need to send in?
I'm not driving at the moment but obviously want this sorted for the future.
PS- i think i will send me details off via special delivery...
