Have been using a Zebra GK420d thermal label printer, that's gone faulty and hoping for some help. It turns on, but then the LED flashes green and red, and it won't print or anything. Trying to print anything makes the LED go solid red and I can't find an answer anywhere as to how to fix the problem.
