Whos at fault here?

I know that road well, the car was at fault, but I would question the bikes speed in the incident, and would put that down to inexperience on his part. As a biker for 30 years I would have gone after the car, sans keyboard.
Did nobody stop to see if he was alright, or offer to be a witness? :(

Almost certainly the car is at fault. If you watch the video slowed right down, you can see the car turning right, but once the bike hits them they continue as though going straight on.

Biker's fault 100%. People are saying the car cut him up wtf? The BIKER is overtaking the car, the car isn't trying to get in front of the biker lol. I swear some people. :D

Biker ASSUMED car will go straight. When in reality he should be keeping in lane and not trying to be a cheeky nob and get through. What a ridiculous place to overtake, hopefully he learned his lesson.

Congrats ! The first April Fool i witnessed so far. Well done :)

Looks like the car was turning right at the last second and the bike hit the car

Car driver at fault

That makes no sense the bike hit the car but it's car's fault? Does not compute lol.

The bike is another vehicle. Just because it's skinny doesn't mean it can magically start creating it's own lanes where there are none.

Nope. If you cant see how it's the biker's fault 100% then you're blind.

If that was a car instead of a bike would this EVER have happened? NOT a chance lmao. Therefore bike's fault at the most BASIC level.

Has to be a wind up, surely?

If the bike was a car, of course the same thing would happen, how would it not?

Maybe put your specs on and watch it again?

Im smoking logic.

No one has even explained why its the cars fault.

The biker is behind the car and thats where he belongs. No ifs no butts. The car isn't just supposed to stop dead just because theres a bike behind him, that is silly. People assuming all sorts of nonsense like bikes having ultimate right of way lol and im the one whos drunk lol.

Alcohol is **** absolute garbage.

He's not 'behind' as they're in different lanes. Car is in an ahead only lane. Bike is in another ahead only lane and not trying any cheeky manoeuvres. Car then swings across two lanes to a direction he shouldn't be going. How on earth is that the bikes fault?

I hope you don't have a driving license?

As i explained, Its the bikes fault because if the bike was 2 feet wider it would be impossible for this to have ever happened. Lol.

Of course hes trying a cheeky manoeuvre hes trying to overtake on a junction lmao.

Clearly you simply don't know what's going on. The bike is in his own lane. A car could be there just fine. The car causing the accident cut across this lane. Be a bike or a car there, he would have hit them. It's really very simple and slightly concerning you can't see it tbh.

There are 2 lanes for that exit, are you saying the fiesta is in the left and the bike is in the right?

It looks like the fista is in the right side lane to me because the silver corsa just before it is definitely in the left lane and definitely closer tto the camera.
