Personally I'd go with coretemp

core temp but real temp if you have a core 2

yeah thats the one ive been going to, which is the higher..and worst case. A bit odd there two are so far out though??

realtemp is showing quite close to 'coretemp' only 5c difference, 'realtemp' showing slightly lower.

all a bit odd though.

Just updated Everest, its now showing same temp as Coretemp

When i had my e8200, coretemp would show 10 degress above realtemp, which would in turn show 10 degrees above Gigabyte easytune 5 (not a common program i know, but with a gigabyte board should it not be the most accurate?). That was a bit annoying.

What about intels temp program... Intel TAT or whatever... i cant remember!
