WHS Backups?

Sorry don't know if this is the best place to post.

Right I have a computer thats got 4 drives raided (raid 5) But I want to change the raid ro raid 0. I know when I change I will loose all data but the computer is backed up via WHS, so once I change the raid will I be able to use the backup thats on WHS to restore my data?

I used the WHS backup and restore facilty when I upgraded my main system HD.

Yes

When you restore from a WHS you boot off the restore CD and after installing any needed netowrk driver, you pick a hard drive on your machine (real, virtual, radi, doesnt matter) and then pick a backed up drive off your server, and click go. IT just copies all the files from the image to the new drive, regardless of wether it was a radi drive or not. All thats needed is for it to be the same size or bigger.
