Anyone got any suggestions for a cheap, power efficient build?

Looking like AMD is the way to go judging by the price of the i3's?

Also, are there any mobo's with at least 8 sata ports that are cheap?

And finally ram... what's the cheapest?

Thanks!

£300 do? Mobo has 6 SATA 6Gb/s and 2 SATA 3 Gb/s plus 2 eSATA (havent checked the 2 eSATA may have to link up to 2 of the internal ones though)
