Why Are Chrome Menus Appearing to the Left of Browser Window?

Hi Guys

I am using a new computer, a Surface Pro 3 with Win 8.1. I have installed Chrome. When I right click within a Chrome Window, the menu appears to the left of the window, instead of where I clicked

It's not the end of the world, but can I make it so the menu appears where I right click?

I am using two external monitors with the SP3, and it only happens on the external monitors if that helps. Thanks.
