Why are my threads of late either getting locked or deleted ?

I made a joke thread today around 5pm like many members on here do from time to time and someone deleted the thread :(

And then I made a thread in Networks that got locked, and then also recently I had this thread locked - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18114826 for some reason, I can't imagine it was becuase of the topic becuase right now we have two threads active about pedos.

I'm sorry I'm making my case on here it's just I like to think that I follow the rules and haven't had any mods tell me what I'm doing wrong, apart from 'ace modder' who was very helpful when I emailed him regarding my thread closure on networks becuase I asking for advice on an isp that allows 200+gig bandwidth per month.

I know I may not be in the 'cool gang' on here but I do enjoy this place and would like to continue enjoying this place for many more years so please if I'm doing anything wrong on here could a mod please email me.
 
How about you emailing the mod instead of creating another thread that is in all likelihood....GOING TO BE LOCKED :/

Don't worry mate, i get it all the time.

Most of the time its down to people posting the same thing with a different title and your threads getting merged.

The topic going too off topic and insulting

Or it borders on illegal activity discussions.
 
The mods on here are getting increasingly worse, suspending, locking and generally stifling debate for any reason they feel.

I feel there's a great deal of social nepotism that goes on too, if your a 'good old boy' on here then usually you can say, post, do what you feel to an extent - if you are someone who they dont know or generally disagree with then you get different treatment.

Maybe your right, it just feels like there's some sort of conspiracy going on, I know there probably isn't but you can't help thinking it so it makes you feel a little alienated.

Looking at your username now I can see that you may of taken that the wrong way, but I was actually being serious, like I said, when you getting threads locked/deleted etc you can't help feeling like people (mods) are conspiring, I know I'm not mr popular on here, what with my often very left wing views etc.

Anyway it's probably nothing and the threads getting locked deleted are most probably a coincidence.

sorry guys, should have emailed a mod really, just got in from work to check on my thread and felt a bit bummed when it wasn't there, probably need to get out more tbh.

When teki, the man who claimed garlic would be prescription only in 2009, tries to distance himself from your conspiracy theory you know it's really ****ed up.
 
I love how when you post anything relating to youtube it gets automatically merged and therefore buried with the youtube thread. Emailed a mod about this and unsuprisingly got zero response. :rolleyes:

Never mind the fact the whole point of the thread i made was about the content of the vid, discussion on it? hell no, merging time.
