OCUK why are you so dam good and efficient!!!

Ordered my new budget rig xmas day and was told it would be delivered on the 30th my day off which was a right touch, anyway i decide to do the weekly shop this morning and come home to a card from DPD saying "sorry we missed you"

OCUK you are teasing me!! cant believe it came a day early but now i have to wait anyway

no mate i didnt get one, just want to point out though i am not complaining at all.

The fact that the order was delivered a day early over this busy period is a credit to OCUK and shows wat a fab service they provide

DPD Gimped me by not even leaving a card but claiming they attempted delivery. I asked for redelivery and they wrote back stating they cant redirect without senders permission. o.O

Allways use the traccking service on DPD web site, it gives you an eta, usually a 2 hour time slot.

For me, OCUK + DPD = class act, never had a late delivery yet.

Hope i haven't just jinxed myself, lol.

Hope so too. Never had an issue since they dropped Citylink.

Never really had a problem with Citylink either. Plus the depot was very close to my house.

DPD are very good from my experience, never had problems. OCUK are pretty efficient though, dispatch stuff same or next day if its in stock

DPD have always been really friendly and accommodating, not just for OCUK orders but when I've bought paintball gear too

Send the a quick web note via the main site...they always got back to me and I found its usually one part holding the order up..worth a check!.

Yeah I usually get a text and a window of delivery, got neither this time. Depot is too far to walk, not willing to bus and don't own a car. Even if I went, I don't have my calling card.

ive only ever ordered a sata cable from ocuk lol but it came next day, heard letter box go, in excitement i ran down stairs, opened it and installed it onto a HDD. true story.

Had my delivery today, had 2 orders. One delivered this morning which I missed and one this after which I got.

Going to collected the parcel in a moment hopefully

Did not bother checking the tracking as it mentioned delivery on the 30th when ordered and thought I would look tonight / tomorrow morning!
