Ive made a rant like this before, but I have to rant again.
Final year of university (woo) and the last group to pass through the system eligible for the bursary payment.
Year one's payment? fine. Year two? fine. Year three? .. ugh.
So anyway, I'm currently not eligible because they have no proof of my partners earnings (to assess how much im entitled to, its at least £240 something like last time since our combined earnings are way below £35k).
Except for one, we for sure filled out the form and sent her proof of earnings :/ (and later did it again for her application for a part time course). I have the letter infront of me thanking me for sending her proof of earnings.
On my application online it has "Partners earnings: ASSESSED" even.
But no
now I have another huge wad of forms to fill in because yet again SF messed up. Every single year i've had a different problem now.
Year 1: Sent funding to the wrong university
Year 2: tried to charge me £7200 course fee's despite still being under the "old fee structure" of 3k + some for inflation max.
And now this. UGH
