Why are these kits cheap?

They certainly look good dont they (aesthetics and specs). They are roughly ~£50 cheaper than similarly spec'd kits. I had Kingston RAM in my last rig and I never had a problem with them and I used them for 6 years!

Is there a reason why they're so cheap?
They're not that cheap. I'd say the Crucial Pro kits are some of the best value at the moment, 64GB for ~140, 96GB for ~200, admittedly their stock speed (JEDEC timings) is pretty slow, but that has advantages too.

They are probably ok, standard price, only thing I'd say is they are 1.4v so possibly little overclocking headroom and I'd be more inclined to get 1.35v kit, which would be better quality/binned. However check your mobo qvl list before buying

Hello all.

I've been browsing through OCUK's RAM kits and I found these...

Is there a reason why they're so cheap? 32GB 6000C30 for under £100. Are they worth buying?
That's the price of RAM these days.

Spending more is rarely worth the extra cost either. I'm sure it's going to get to a point where the profits are too low so the manufacturers will artificially reduce supply and the price will increase.
