in the end a friend's hilux overcame the problem of the hill, in careful combination with a bit of rope

That was the plan this afternoon. Only drawback was I couldn't find any towing eyes on the Manta. There might be one under the front skirt, but I wasn't about to pull it off to see.

Got it out in the end, lots of rocking got it turned around, then got it up the slope with a push from a guy from work.

The drive home was so much fun I had to take it out again later. Sideways goodness with the slightest throttle, gotta sort the lsd soon for summer fun
