I'm registered on two other forums. I don't post there but read and lurk around. The poll pendamic isn't a problem there. And those forums aren't what I would call "small". SSC and MSFN.

If a poll is requested by RTM the chances of it being created earlier in the discussion are far higher than when the OP just sticks a request in the first post and expects a Don to see it

What are RTM’s?
RTM’s are used by dons, underbosses and regular posters to highlight posts and bring them to the attention of the forum-designated dons. RTM'ing is highly useful for swearies, competitor links, moving threads, warez, blatant trolling etc. Basically stuff that needs to be edited out and dealt with accordingly. You may also want to RTM if you think the content of the thread is unsuitable for the forums, or even if you want something added to a sticky.

Please note: If we do not feel any action is needed we will not edit the post. Not all your RTM’s will result in action being taken. The RTM button is not to be used to annoy dons. Please only use it for reporting offending posts.

If an RTM can be used then it's probably best editing the above post by Wolf.
