Why aren't there any silly fun racing games on xbox?

Its all pgr, fm, or other serious to semi-serious driving games.

Why aren't there anything like the mario kart games or something similarly silly?
 
Ummm, I am struggling to see how any of the suggestions is anything like a mario kart type game...

You know, soemthing with silly little cars, on wacky tracks.....

Then pick up a console aimed at 3-11 and 30+ year olds?

Rather than a console where it's main focus in teens and twenty odds.

Maybe its just me, but that seemed a bit aggressive....

I'm simply asking if there are any such games, and if not, why not.

I'm not about to buy another console, just to play something like mario kart, but it would be nice if something along those lines was available for a change of pace, or to play when someone around.

I mean, if they can make games like Kameo, then surely they can make something like this?

Don't quote me but I think Crash Bandicoot Racing is available in some form (xbox originals or something?)

Sorry if it seemed that way, just been for a pub lunch, must be the booze.

Maybe there's something on the marketplace, never even looked at it myself, couldn't be bothered typing my credit card number in.
 
the console is more for the professional player... with having very little kiddy games on it.

The only kiddy racers you will get is if its multiplatform.
 
It would be nice to get a new Micro Machines/Maniacs, Circuit Breakers or Mashed type game.

Hours and hours of fun playing those 4 player multitap on PS1/PS2. ^_^
