Basically tried going to http://192.168.1.1/ like I always do, but it wouldn't load up.

Cleared temp. internet files - nothing. Flushed DNS - nothing. Reset router and cable-modem - nothing. Hard-reset router - nothing.

I can access the router from another machine, however.

Everything points to something up with my computer. Any ideas?

Is the PC being assigned a valid IP address (if using DHCP)?
Have you checked the cable for faults (replace?)?
Have you tried changing port on router it is plugged into?
