Why can't I open MS security

I'm guessing I've got a virus or malware due to my RGB fan lights flashing but every time I try to access windows security I can't. I get a message saying page not available. Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available....I've done a fresh install of Windows as well as an sfc scan and still still won't open, TIA

How did you do your fresh windows install?

It was from a usb I have that's got the creation tool on it from tonks ago when I did a new install on this pc

And just like that it's starting working again but the RGBs are still flashing so god knows what's up with it

Update Windows to newest release for that version 10/11. Check the manual for the RGB fans to see what software you require there. I presume they were working okay before and no cables have become loose?

I've opened the case up and they all seem ok. Last time they did this it was a faulty SSD but tomorrow I'll try and reseat everything and see if that solves it.

Update - still flashing RGBs so I'm after the seating everything so I'm thinking there might be a faulty wire somewhere? I will be getting a new PC in the coming weeks so will get some of the cables I need as well
