Why do Dell load crap ?

Hi All ....I recently bought a Dell XPS l702 3d Laptop , its a lovely bit of kit ! but what really got on my nerves was why does Dell load on all this crap software ha! ? do you really need Dell Support Center etc ? anyone else got views on this ? thanks :confused:

All the OEMs do it. In the case of third party software, they're paid to.

Its not hard to uninstall stuff...

All OEM's do it anyways

yeah i agree just a lot of a waste really ha! also wonder if Dell likes to spy on you with it ?

Would not say dell are crap , you should see whats on a Sony Vaio laptop software wise. . . Just delete what you dont use " Simple "

First thing I do when I get a new computer is uninstall almost all the stock software lol

Yep. Just seriosly gut the os. Put the basics on you need. Use an imaging software to create an image just incase you need to
Restore to that point. Nice, clean and not so much crap on
It which tends to slow it down

Asus are awful for it too, in order to bring the price of the hardware down they need to install the bloat.
