I literally feel nothing right now. I'm not depressed, I don't feel sad, it's just like someone has taken away all feeling.

I can sit in silence, and I don't even hear the voice in my head.

Am I broken?

See a GP. No medical advice but clearly something isn't quite right with your brain. You say you're not depressed but you aren't qualified to make those sort of judgements (and even if you were you couldn't do it for yourself).
