Surely they must know the wording of their emails is causing confusion and making the Q&A section more or less useless?

It really does not require anything other than a very basic level of intelligence to figure it out.

online reviewing is so unreliable nowadays
very difficult to get genuine reviews

Especially on electronics. I was looking at reviews for a product yesterday and it was page after page of slightly broken English 5 star reviews. Or you get the ones where its loads of people who received the product for free.

Thing is I rarely buy a product with no reviews and a typical buyer review rate is like 2 out of 10 actually bothering to leave one so its not surprising sellers go to extremes to get them.

Annoying aren't they. I also love the reviews where people talk about how the courier lost the parcel and they give 1 star distorting the ratings.

It's chavs. They're low IQ people who think they're the center of the universe. Not realising they're just one of many people on the internet, and some of them actually will know the answer, and it's better to accept someone else might be more suited to answering the question than them.
