Why does core 3 always run cooler?

When idle core 3 runs about 6°C cooler than cores 0, 1 and 2.

Right now my temperatures are 31°C, 32°C, 31°C, 25°C for example.

Is this normal?

My CPU and cooler setup are in my sig.

ah yeah but i mean core 3 as in the fourth core :p

cos it should be core 0, 1, 2 and 3 :P
