When you know your girlfriend who you split with 4days ago has already done things with a complete random

My biggest fear when breaking up with someone is finding out they have moved on quicker than i have

maybe this pushed her to go do the same as she was thinking already he's going out sleeping around i best do the same, or maybe she was just more successful at it then you as lets face it girls can get it easier then guys.

Ye she feels horrible as do i, we spoke in person for a few moments today while i picked my stuff up and she burst into tears as soon as i saw her.

I had just had a bad day, got a text from my mate saying come out and hang with the lads to make you feel better, i had no intention of chatting some bird up, i honestly just wanted to be around my mates and cheer up.
