Why does most "Ryzen Tuned" ram have high latency?

I'm looking for some 3600mhz ram for a 5600X build but it seems like most of it is C18 upwards. What I'm finding interesting is that they're also marketed as "Ryzen Tuned"... Sure if they "Ryzen Tuned" then they'd have a lower latency, right? Ryzen is fussy with its ram so unless I'm missing something with these kits - they all seem counter productive to me. All of the 3600 C16 ram seems incredibly expensive compared to last year.

If you want tuned ram then buy some samsung B-die and tune it yourself, ryzen tuned ram is just Corsair marketing to sell you worse ram for more money.

Ryzen tuned actually means it will work at those settings on the motherboard as long as it's on the qvl list.

Maybe they should do Ryzen FINE tuned memory but that will come at a cost.

Use dram calculator to tweak ram settings.
