Overclocked via bios.

Ok so I have my cpu overclocked to 4.7. Every time I try to push my cpu over 4.7 it just seems to reset back to 47 in bios. I have had no blue screens and everything is fine, using intel processor diagnostic tool and Prime95.

What I did in bios was:

Disabled:
-limit CPUID Maximum
-C1E
-Speed Spectrum
-enhanced intel speedstep technology

Enabled:
-Internal PLL Overvoltage
-Execute disabled Bit
-intel visualisation tech

Changed power options in windows to performance and never sleep.

When I use HWMonitor my VCore is 1.200-1.448.

Can anyone tell me if I’m missing something?
