Why does my pc contain errors when starting up? (Windows 10 - Kernal Error)

Hi guys, so I upgraded to windows 10 a few months back and there hadn't been many issues until now. Often (maybe every other time), I get a blue error screen saying:

"Recovery
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
The operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernel is missing or contains errors

File: /Windows/system32/ntoskrnl.exe
Error code:0xc0000221

You'll need to use recovery tools...."

Any ideas how to solve this? I don't understand because sometimes I just hard restart it after seeing this error and I have no issues, other times the issue persists and I have to put in my windows 10 boot usb and it works.
Any help on this would be much appreciated, thanks :)

You could try:
Open an elevated CMD prompt (Run as Administrator) and type in:

sfc /scannow

Thanks man I'll give it a try and see what happens. I did google the error code and it said something to do with the ram. I have overclocked my ram, changed the multiplier, timings and for some reason added an xmp profile (even though I'm on AMD). I've disabled that and haven't had any problems during boot (yet).
