why does windows put red X's on my server icons?

Hi guys,

How do I stop windows doing this?

I have access to my servers by the way - they work fine - but the icon is stamped as if it can't connect. Sometimes it doesn't have the red X on, sometimes it does.

I know its not major but it's annoying.

Ok. Ill ditch the drive mapping and just use a shortcut with the share name instead. Thanks.
